Plugged CAT inlet (Face Plugged), outlet of the DPF is nice and clean. We also found the tail pipe to be spotless. 51 DPF Cleanings within 18,000 miles, average speed on this bus was 13mph. Biodiesel B5, 15w40 RUGGED brand of CJ4 reported.

Outlet of the CAT
Tis is the outlet side of the plugged CAT pictured earlier. Cummins ISC, B5 Bio Diesel, engine oil reported as 15w40 CJ4 by a company or brand called Rugged.

2007 Emissions, Cummins ISC, Engine reported to have 15w40 CJ4 and Bio Diesel B5. No Check engine light, but engine would not regen due to the amount of build up.

Face Plugged DPF
Had a 2009 Cummins ISC in this week, check engine light, regen needed but customer could not activate, customer tried to override with insite.
Bus drove in OK, DPF is face plugged. Working on determining the cause. Known issues with this unit: Bio-Diesel, School Bus application, about 20,000 miles and a year and a half of operation.
Will update once we find the cause.
